摘要: The cultural industry has been recoganised as a new strategy to offer new works and reform images for a city. It should be a good way to develop cultural consumes, such as cultural tourism and promoting local locality, on the consideration of cultural economy. In order to highlight effects of cultural development, an embeddedness of cultural creations hence becomes a key process to lift local cultural uniquenesses which is engaged to spread related economy of culture. The flexibility, creative networks, cultural milieu, knowledge embeddedness are emphasised to link local development and globalization through collective learning in region. This study tries to discuss elements of cultural location and its development by a case of porcelain industry and cultural tourism in Yingko, Taipei county. It focuses on exploring knowledge and learning milieu in Yingo’s cultural development to understand possibilities of processes of learning regions in cultural industry. According to the result, constructions of good nexus and trust can promote information

exchanges and innovation of cultural firms, secondary actors in Yingo , however, cannot successfully play main roles to encourage and assist innovative and learning demands. In order to keep an advantaged Yingko’s “symbolic” value, reformulating local resources on ceramics culture, and establishing a complete innovation system, will be more important for developing Yingo’s sustainable development.
