ABSTRACT
The automobile industry is the most important industry within this century. Thelevel of popularization of automobiles represent the economic development of acountry. As for how to manage the parking issue is reflecting the standard of education and civilization of a country. Taiwan''''s automobile industry policy has been disturbed for more than twentyyears. During this period, the hard efforts for upgrading the self-development technology has been truly improving the quality of local-made cars. But face the pressure of GATT, importing cars have keeping up with the sales of local-madewithin the recent five years. The total new cars sales are about 60 thousand to 70 thousand annual years, which including the local-made and imported cars. Although automobile cars have bring many conveniences for peoples "daily life" but how to properly managing the parking matters for nearly six millions cars, so are to keep the smooth traffic, secure walking for people in the alley and ambulance cars passing through for accidence is the critical issues which everybody have to face. The business men with this industry. are dedicating in building up the facilitiesandquality of service, but it need the support from government, people representatives and gineral public to work together to establish a favorableinvesting environment. Because, the parking issue should be discussed as asubject of public space within the community, and the parking places should be responsible by the car owners ust like the personal belong such as furnitures should not be piped up under the arcade. There are many people want to immigrant to abroad to look for a better living environment, but immigrant is a big change and not every Taiwanese has the chanceto go for that. We are looking forward to stay and establish a more orderly living surroundings. The further of parking tower industry is wholly reley on whether the genersl public can from concurrence and work together to ask for the government andpeople representatives support to speed up the development for this subject.
