異國婚姻子女家庭壓力、自尊與行為適應之研究 連英伶、謝智玲

摘 要
本研究的目的為：(1)瞭解異國婚姻子女家庭壓力、自尊與行為適應之現況。(2)探討異國婚姻的家庭壓力、自尊與行為適應 是否有顯著相關。(3)探討異國婚姻的家庭壓力與自尊可以有效預測其子女行為適應。(4)探討異國婚姻子女的自尊是否可以 有效中介家庭壓力與行為適應。 本研究採問卷調查法，以「家庭壓力量表」、「自尊量表」與「行為適應量表」為研究工 具，並以台北縣、桃園縣、台中縣、南投縣、彰化縣、高雄市、屏東縣等七個縣市，共22所國民中小學之中高年級的異國 婚姻子女，共408人為研究對象，進而以描述性統計、皮爾森積差相關、多元迴歸分析及階層迴歸分析等統計方法來考驗 各項假設。研究結果如下： 一、異國婚姻子女在家庭壓力、自尊與行為適應上的情況良好。 二、異國婚姻家庭子女的家 庭壓力、自尊與行為適應之間有顯著相關。 三、異國婚姻子女知覺家庭壓力的「家庭內壓力」、「婚姻壓力」、「養育子 女壓力」、「經濟壓力」、「工作壓力」能預測自尊的「自我尊重」。 四、自尊的「自我尊重」、「自我價值」能預測行 為適應的「個人適應」、「家庭適應」、「學校適應」、「人際適應」。 五、家庭壓力對行為適應產生直接效果，也會透 過自尊對行為適應產生間接效果。即自尊在家庭壓力與行為適應間扮演著中介的角色。 關鍵字：家庭壓力、自尊、行為適 應、異國婚姻家庭、新台灣之子
