國內目前在院內感染監測議題上,尚無全面性資訊系統整體規劃,甚至在部分醫院還未重視院內感染防護,藉由本計劃之研究,目標是完備院內 感染監測資訊基礎建設架構,利用資訊科技為病人建立一個安全健康照護環境,讓醫院做到整體性院內感染監測防護機制,進而全面性提昇國家 醫療照護安全品質。 本計劃取得萬芳醫院 1999~2005 年院內感染資料,從電子病歷中計有 3856 個感染案例,加以收集整理各類院內感染的危險因 子進行分析,初步建立了院內感染指標模型及即時院內感染危險因子收集系統,發現部分危險因子與感染相關性,如診斷、插管、年齡等有明顯的 相關。 利用自動化資訊院內感染監測系統即時收集,如病人資訊、疾病分佈、異常通報以及各項電子病歷資料,透過資料分析及指標偵測,可早期 發現及監控院內感染發生,此運作模式整合相關資訊與科技,未來可讓病人因就醫感染的風險降低。

• 英文摘要 In the nosocomial infecting topic of monitoring at present, there is no comprehensive overall plan of information system yet, even infect protecting in some hospitals have not paid attention to this yet, with the research of this plan, the goal is to infect and monitor the information capital construction structure in this, utilize information science and technology to set up one and look after the environment healthily safely for patient, let the hospital control and monitor

nosocomial infection by the mechanism, and then improve medical process and quality comprehensively. This plan obtains the data from the Wanfang hospital between 1999 and 2005, there are 3856 nosocomial infection cases from the Electronic Medical Records, compile all infection factors to analyze, have set up the infection indicator model and and tentatively collected infected cases with the dangerous factor from the information system, finding some dangerous factors and infecting dependence, there is relevant the obvious one such as diagnosis, intubation, age, etc.. Utilize the automatic infect monitoring information system to collect real-time data, if patient's information, disease are distributed, unusually notifying and several electronic health record, detect and examine through analysis and indicator, can find and control and infect happening in early days in the hospital, operation this way combine relevant information and

science and technology, can let patient reduce the risk of nosocomial infection.
