應用有限單元法於轉子之響應 葉承修、洪振義

摘 要

本文旨在接續"應用有限元素於轉子之分析"一單性運算系統用以輔助建立轉動元素的數學模式,並探討在迴轉的保守系統 下,轉子在等速或變速轉動下的動態特性的結果,來繼續做轉子在有負載之下的響應情形。以期更瞭解轉動機構之行為模 式。並且本文亦比較線性與非線性計算的差異,以瞭解真實狀態和理論之間的不同之處。作振動分析,最重要的是推導出 控制方程式,本文以Hamilton原理來推導,然後應用有限元素法來處理系統的控制方程式,接著寫成一VAX電腦系統下 的FORTRAN程式以求得機構上各點的位移及受力狀況。本研究所採用的元素是三維空間座標系統下,等截面具有了兩節 點,一參考點的樑元素模型,每個節點有3個位移和3個轉動變形,承受角速度和角加速度的作用,因此樑元素經過適當組 合可用來模擬轉動軸,旋轉葉片及曲柄軸等轉動結構。此外,透過符號運算軟體的協助,有技巧地將轉動元素的控制方程 式中的係數求得,在轉成程式語言形式,縮短撰寫程式的時間,並避免人為計算的錯誤
