1092 M4E class01-03 Quiz1 Exam instructions
Notice 注意事項：
1. 本次考試為正式考試，禁止利用他人幫助做答及參考任何資料，也不能有任何形式的作弊，
否則以作弊論處並依學校規定處理。
Misconduct regulations of NTU will be strictly in place for this examination. Plagiarism (by definition it means that you hand in a piece of work which is not completely your own, but which you are presenting as your own) will be taken very seriously.
2. 5/18 17:00 前詳閱【考試說明】，並手寫切結書回傳至 NTU COOL【作業區】。
請手寫以下內容【我保證自己不作弊，且若知道別人作弊一定檢舉】，寫完後簽名加註學 號拍照上傳。
You should read carefully the Examination instruction on 5/18 before 17:00. You need to produce an Exam Declaration Form that contains your student ID and the sentence `I will attempt the examination honestly and will report any dishonest behaviours of other candidates’ and sign on it.
Note that signing the form is compulsory for you to proceed to the actual examination.
3. 各班老師保存了學生的小考手寫答案檔，若有需要，我們會進行筆跡比對，防止代考。
If necessary, we will inspect and compare the handwritings of your submitted work with those in your previous homework/quizzes.
4. 若發現學生有作弊嫌疑，但無充分證據，將請學生在監考下再做一份測驗，或進行口試。
If you are suspected to have been involved in dishonest activities during the examination, we reserve the right to invite you to be re-examined for a written or even an oral examination.
5. 把答案寫在紙上或電子設備上。如果答案寫在紙上，請拍照並確保圖片清晰度合理才上傳。
若檔案太模糊,助教可以不予評分。(建議使用 Office lens 拍照)
Write your answers on plain paper or electronic device. If you are writing on paper, please take pictures/scan your work and make sure your picture is clear before uploading, as that TA may NOT grade pictures that are too vague. (We recommend taking photos using Microsoft Office Lens.) 6. 答案圖片是垂直不是水平。
The pictures should be taken vertically (rather than horizontally).
7. 請在時限內上傳檔案，逾時扣分。
Please submit your work before the due time. There will be marks/grades penalties for any overdue submissions.

時間：110 年 5 月 20 日 17:30-18:10
地點：請自行尋找地方應考，並準備所需的電子設備，如筆電、平板或手機。
方式：5/18 17:00 前進入 NTU COOL 觀看【考試說明】，並簽署切結書。

17:00 寄信提醒學生小考
17:30 於 NTU COOL【作業區】公佈試題。
18:10 前將答案的電子檔上傳至 NTU COOL。
若無法上傳到 NTU COOL，請先儲存答案檔，檔案名稱設定為【XX 班-學號-姓名】，

If you encounter difficulties in accessing NTU COOL, then you should submit your written examination in the following link https://forms.gle/kLEsJYaL9XYqQD7FA before 18:10. Please name your files in the form ` class number -Student ID-YourName' (For example, 03-B08123456-AliceWang).
If either way is not working, please send your work to your instructor and/or your TAs by email as soon as possible.
