  由本研究結果顯示,女生選手提鈴期階段的表現,比較能夠用於選材標準, 本研究也顯示,女生選手在未來訓練裡除了應該加入肌力訓練外,還需要增強 肌耐力的強度,才能夠在提鈴期階段把本身的爆發力調整到最佳,在運動表現 上才能擁有較好的動作流暢性。

伍、結論與建議

  本研究主要是探討在挺舉與抓舉的動作過程當中的提鈴期,對於舉重專項 將來選材指標的可行性。   研究結果顯示,女生選手方面,挺舉與抓舉的發力率,優秀組與一般組都 達到統計的顯著差異。由此可知,本研究的動作模式適合用在女生選手選材的 標準上;但在男選手方面,優秀組與一般組都未達到統計的顯著水準,男選手 比較不適合用此種測試方式來當作選材的方法。未來需要更進一步地設計出男 子選手的選材方式,以培育更多優秀人才。

BRINGING UP PERFORMANCE FOR TALENT

IDENTIFICATION OF WEIGHTLIFTERS

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to collect the data of maximum strength, rate of force development and momentum during the initial force developing moment of snatch, clean and jerk, for establishing the model of talent identification of weightlifting. Thirty four athletes were voluntarily participated in this study and were randomly divided into elite and regular groups. All subjects performed the two type formal weightlifting movements by using a load cell, and then, all data were processing with independent t-test statistical method. The significant level was set at α=.05. The results indicated that there was no significant difference within the male elite & regular groups (p<.05), but in female group, the elite group had better performance on maximal strength (1.5 vs. 1.1), higher rate of force development (maximal strength/time) of snatch movement, as well as in the clean and jerk movement (p<.05). In conclusion, the study indicates that the method, especially the rate of force development, has higher predicting application for female weightlifting talent identification.
