電子化企業經營績效評估之研究 黃世豪、陳振東

摘 要

隨著資訊科技與網際網路的盛行,使得企業在網際網路環境下的企業電子化經營與管理模式已成為當前重要的課題。然而

,在進行電子化企業經營績效評估的過程中,常面臨許多模糊且不確定的非結構化問題,增加企業在網際網路環境下績效 衡量與評估的困難度,因而更加突顯電子化企業經營績效評估工作的急迫與重要性。為此,本研究乃提出一個完整的電子 化企業經營績效管理模式,以進行電子化企業經營績效的評估。基於平衡計分卡的概念,本研究利用因素分析法,將電子 化企業經營績效指標分為財務、顧客、企業流程、人力資源、市場環境及資訊科技六大構面。進而,結合模糊理論與多人 多準則決策方法,構建一系統化的電子化企業經營績效評估模式。最後,以此模式為基礎構建一個電子化企業經營績效評 估決策支援系統,以協助企業進行績效評估,進而改善企業營運績效,提昇企業競爭力。
