摘要
Abstract—Railway projects are rare to typical contractors in the construction industry. As the deployment and switch of temporary tracks are limited by the available space at the station, the constructors need to both ensure that railway services are not interrupted and carry out their tasks near tracks on which trains are still running. Also,
unidentified cables that are currently being used are everywhere within the station and major catastrophes and revenue losses may result if these cables are not carefully handled. Should this be the case, then the
contractors need to cover all losses and related restoration expenses. If there are contingency plans available for these foreseeable construction issues, then the chances that these railway accidents and catastrophes occur will greatly be reduced.
This study focuses on the temporary track projects taking place at the Fengyuan section as an example to analyze the issues between the platform and power poles and to recommend practical and effective remedial
measures.
