外國學生華語習得和語用情形問卷調查
受訪者您好，我是政大華文碩博學程學生，正在研究有關外國學生 學習和使用華語的情況。外國學生在學習華語時，會遇到許多語言 使用上的困難。為了要更了解外國學生在學習華語時的語言使用情 形，特此請您幫忙填寫以下問卷，以幫助改善外國學生在學習華語 時的困難。這份問卷想要測試華語學習者的語感，因此問卷沒有標 準答案，也不會計分。本問卷需約 30 分鐘填答。您的個人資料與回 答皆使用匿名方式，絕不會外流，您所提供的答案僅作為學術研究 使用，不會用於任何商業用途，謝謝您的幫忙與合作！
Dear interviewee, I’m student from Teaching Chinese as Foreign Language Program, NCCU. Currently I’m doing research on the use of Chinese by foreign students. When foreign students learn Chinese, many encounter serious difficulties. In order to better understand foreign students’ difficulty in learning to use Chinese properly, I ask that you fill out the following questionnaire. This way, may better ascertain foreign students’ difficulty in learning Chinese.The purpose of this questionnaire is to test the sense of language use of the Chinese learners. Therefore, there will be no standard answer or marking to be made in this questionnaire. Please spare around 30 minutes to finish this questionnaire.
