一、在進行等速肌力前,宜採用彈震式伸展作為熱身,以利於隨後的運動表現。
二、靜態伸展可能較適用於長期適應方面,可能有利於肌力的提升,而長期的彈震式伸 展對於肌力提升是否有所助益,有待未來更進一步研究。

附錄一 受試者須知
本研究目的在探討「不同伸展方式對等速肌力與肌肉氧飽和度之影響」。每位受試 者必須接受股四頭肌之靜態伸展與彈震式伸展後,隨即進行等速肌力測驗,等速肌力的 角速度設定為 60°·sec-1與 240°·sec-1共兩種。每種速度進行 2 組,每次 3 下。在實驗開 始前,會安排練習,以便熟悉實驗器材。如參與者在實驗過程中,遇有下列情形者,應 立即停止:
1. 身體或腿部感到疼痛。
2. 身體感到極度不適。
整個實驗過程是非常安全的,所有個人資料將會受到完整的保密,研究結果僅提供 學術上之用途及參考依據。您的參與將對本研究議題有極大的貢獻與價值,在此由衷感 謝。您將填寫一份健康狀況調查表,以確認您的身體情況是否適合參與此項研究計畫。

本研究目的在探討「不同伸展方式對等速肌力與肌肉氧飽和度之影響」。為了保護 受試者權益,研究人員隨時回答受試者提出的問題。受試者如據實回答健康情況調查 表,經研究人員篩選出來的實驗參與者,在整個實驗操作過程應無安全上之顧慮。本實 驗所得之所有資料與數據,僅供學術研究之用,絕不外流。受試者如臨時改變意願拒絕 參加實驗,應立即通知研究人員,並可隨時退出實驗而不受任何限制。參與實驗的受試 者必須瞭解並同意下列事項:
