第二節 建議 本研究提供建議如下:

一、 未來進行更深入研究時可改變運動表現的測驗方式,讓動作模 式單純化,更能表現出研究實際面。

二、 由於本研究主要受試者為大專體育系女生,體育系女生本身擁 有較好的肌肉素質,可承受高強度的訓練方式,但對於一般的 女生可能必須重新設定負重,未來研究可針對一般人甚至不同 年齡層來進行實驗設計,使本研究結果能更有實用性。
