依據本研究的發現,提出以下建議:

一、本研究進行每天1回的實驗,共12回,分析每回合的學習曲線仍以無法判 斷明確是指數或對數函數型態的回合居多,能明確判斷的回合中指數與 對數函數回合數無明顯趨勢,如能增加研究的回合數,也許可以看到更 多的回合數在後期是屬於指數函數的型態,如此分析起暖身減低現象會 有更多的資料可以參考。

二、本研究的測量值是每三十秒實驗參與者能夠在平衡板上平衡的秒數為其 技能的表現,用來反應技能的表現可能還不夠敏感,建議之後研究此主 題時,可以採用對於技能表現更敏感的測量值,例如平衡板擺動的頻率、

幅度、或者用多少時間可以達成在平衡板上平衡一定秒數的任務。

三、暖身減低的回復可能有各種不同子系統的因素在其中,用此含多種子系 統的全身性動作來作理論驗證可能仍有太多的影響因素,建議可使用較 單肢段的動作來作驗證。

四、有些技能可能根本沒有暖身減低現象存在,建議可以採用其他新的協調 型態的技能學習作為研究技能,如兩手三球這樣的新的協調型態。

五、本研究定義該回合練習的第一個點與峰值的差異作為暖身減低現象,建 議以後的研究者可以試驗各種不同的值觀察其對暖身減低效應的影響,

因為如果該回合為對數函數,技能尚未到達穩定程度,技能表現沒有一 個單一的變化率時,應該不能稱之為減低,其實只是一種不規則的改變 率跳動而已,建議之後的研究者能夠多試驗不同的方式。

一、研究目的:了解暖身減低對運動學習影響。

二、研究步驟:本實驗的目標動作是在設定的時間內在平衡板上保持平衡,

將紀錄維持平衡的時間與動作光點,每次的試作為30 秒,每回進行10 次,

進行十二回,並維持每回間固定的休息時間。

三、 實驗之實驗結果:關於本實驗參加者的基本資料在未經參加者的同意 前不會告知非本研究之相關人員,在發表、出版本研究時不會以可辨識參加 者的方式呈現。

四、 參加者的權益:研究者有保障參加者之安全與義務,並回答參加者不 影響實驗結果之問題。參加者在測試中如有不舒服或改變意願,可隨時退出 本實驗,但請務必事先通知實驗者。

五、 實驗地點:國立台東大學心理學實驗室。
