壹、施測對象擴及其他大學

「具備團隊合作能力或領導能力」已躍居為企業在招募高等教育新鮮人首要

考慮的面向前三名之一,各大學因應職場需求,也將此能力列為各校學生需培養 的核心能力之一。本研究因方便取樣,只以單一大學的學生作為受試樣本,在研 究的推論上難免有所偏頗,建議可將此量表推廣至國內各大學,檢驗目前國內大 學生在此能力上的普遍狀況。

貳、增加試題難度以區分受試者能力高低

如同所有的測驗,本量表的目的也希望能區分出受試者能力或特質的高低,

太難或太容易的試題皆會造成測驗上的誤差。從本研究的試題分析來看,難度估 計值偏易,缺乏難度較高的試題,若能增加一些難度較高的題目,將有助於區分 受試者能力的高低。

參、建立試題題庫

國內對於「大學生團隊合作與領導能力」的相關研究不多,往後的研究,可 投注於此一領域,編寫更多與大學生團隊合作與領導能力相關的試題,並儘可能 貼近大學生生活經驗,進而建立試題題庫,提供未來施測之參考。除此,也希冀
