綜合上述討論,本研究提出以下建議:

一、在應用方面,本研究所使用的等長或等速高強度熱身方式並無法成功誘發出 PAP 現象,不過,RSA/RCOD 指標似乎不受疲勞因子所影響。

二、在學術方面,目前關於 PAP 現象誘發後對隨後反覆衝刺運動之相關研究甚少,且 PAP 現象的誘發會受到不同肌肉收縮方式、強度及恢復時間所影響 (Wilson et al., 2013) ,建議今後研究方向可針對確認 PAP 現象被誘發後且不受疲勞因子影響下,

再執行隨後相關運動測驗之檢測,並對 PAP 現象與 RSA/RCOD 指標做進一步之探 討,以釐清 PAP 現象對於反覆衝刺運動表現所提供之效益。

受詴者頇知

本研究目的為,等長與等速活化後增能對女子足球選手反覆衝刺與敏捷性之影響。

每位受詴者頇接受不同高強度熱身方式、高強度反覆衝刺運動測驗以及安靜狀態的心跳 率監控。高強度熱身方式可分為等長腿部推蹬、等速腿部推蹬。高強度反覆衝刺測驗是 指受詴者在室內PU場地上,盡最大能力,完6趟20公尺反覆直線或改變方向衝刺,組間 休息25秒。所有受詴者頇接受6次測驗,每次至少間隔48小時以上。如果受詴者在運動 測驗過程中,遇有下列情形者,應立即停止測驗:

1. 身體感到極度不適。

2. 嚴重呼吸困難。

3. 感覺嘔吐、頭暈或輕微頭痛。

4. 身體極具疲勞(衰竭)。

受詴者自願同意書

本研究目的在探討「等長與等速活化後增能對女子足球選手反覆衝刺與敏捷性之影響」

為了保護受詴者的權益,研究人員隨時回答受詴者提出的問題。受詴者如據實回答健康情 況調查表,經研究人員篩選出來的實驗參與者,在整個實驗操作過程應無安全上之顧慮。

本實驗所得之所有資料與數據,僅供學術研究之用,絕不外流。受詴者如臨時改變意願不 想參加實驗時,應通知研究人員,並可隨時退出實驗而不受任何限制。參與實驗的受詴者 必頇瞭解並同意下列事項:

1. 本研究測驗的時間自民國103年8月起至民國103年9月止。

2. 在指定的時間穿著運動服裝至國立臺灣師範大學分部生理學實驗室。
