第五章 結論與建議

第二節 建議

本研究從組織知識存量的探討與分析過程,發現對企業及後續研究者尚有 值得延續的相關研究課題與重要價值,提供下列建議以供參考。

1. 本研究採用假設性的數字資料,僅就虛擬案例在理論層次探討模式的可行性,

後續研究可運用不同類型產業的能力指標套用於此模式的知識廣度,進行實 證分析,同時探討教育程度、經驗年資,資訊專長等其他影響組織知識存量增 減的相關因素,再以動態係數提出修正模式,使模式更趨近實際狀況。

2. 後續研究可進一步探討重疊知識或知識存量加權的其他計算方式,例如:去除 二者重疊知識存量之量小者,因為小者相對於大者比較沒有意義,探討所得 結果是否可以呈現最大的存量知識。

3. 企業開發資訊技術建置富彈性且迅速回應內、外環境機制的知識管理平台,除 了作為個人、群組及組織知識存量的儲存工具,也可適時做組織知識存量定 位審視,協助自身找出核心能力的競爭弱勢、知識缺口等,讓管理者能隨時 針對不同的知識成熟度,選擇不同的執行策略。

4. 企業可以與客戶、供應商進行技術互換或專利授權等知識交流,增加企業成員 專業能力的知識存量,也可以運用組織知識存量作為評估企業價值的關鍵資 源,解決企業規劃購併、策略聯盟或成立新公司等方案的計價,並向股東及 利益關係人證明公司人力資本的知識價值,適時轉化為股東價值。
