第二節 建議

隨著科技日新月異與管理模式精進,企業所面臨之困境亦有所不同,

資訊科技縮短資訊交流的時間與空間,加速企業全球化經營之速度,相對也 使得企業間競爭日益激烈,管理工具之發展也隨之精進,經營環境的轉變,

使企業在不同時期與不同環境下將發展出不同的生存模式,然瞭解與分析產 業鏈狀況仍是有效協助企業進行精進與改善之關鍵。以下針對本研究未來可 繼續延伸或深入考量之議題與相關建議,以供後續研究之參考。

一、本研究運用 SWOT 分析手法探討個案公司的優勢、劣勢、機會與威 脅來建立製造服務化的策略,但經營環境隨時在變化,即使企業無 任何作為,企業既有的內部優勢與劣勢亦可能改變,所以未來應再 運用 SWOT 分析手法探討此組合的優勢、劣勢、機會與威脅,用以 比較前後之優勢與劣勢的變化,做為策略調整之參考。

二、本研究運用產業價值鏈來找出企業製造服務化的銷售前、銷售中及 銷售後的各項機會,但是對於售後維修服務這區塊,並沒有深入著 墨,後續可再進一步深入探討。
