一、 本研究建議臺灣青少年選手在未來訓練的方向，可盡量能夠更加符合職業賽事 在比賽中的實際情況，尤其是在發球技術上加強發球優勢（直接得分和接拍得 分）。
二、 在接發球技術方面可以針對如何化解對手所發出強而有效率的發球之回發球 能力，來提高自己成功破對手發球局的機率，如此可能可以協助臺灣青少年選 手在職業賽事中更容易取得積分。
三、 未來研究方向可繼續探討國外青少年與國內青少年在比賽主要得分表現上的 差異，加以協助臺灣青少年轉入職業時技術銜接上更為順利。
