第五章 結論與建議
第三節 建議與未來研究方向
有鑑於本研究值得探討的地方相當多，本研究者對於未來研究建議如下：
一、本研究因為採用紮根理論，應用半結構式訪談資料對於受訪者訪談並歸 進行分析，這種研究方式偏重於研究者的主觀涉入與看法，所以建議後續的研究 可結合問卷與統計的量化分析來交互驗證。
二、本研究是以紮根理論作為分析訪談對象的資料的研究方式，建議後續研 究者可應用其他的質性或量化分析並利用其他分析方式從不同的觀點切入此研究 主題。
三、研究結果可以進一步的限制在某一區域的特定地方住商政策，以擴展本 研究的模式套用到其他領域與文化背景，則可能得出令人意外的研究發現。
