第五章 討論與建議

第三節 建議

本研究關注組織層級中的職場心理社會安全氛圍對教師職場暴力與教師健康 之影響,此議題與教師族群皆有密切相關,但其並非單純由教師本身或是校方所 決定,首先,政府和校方應該共同提供教師更多職場暴力相關自我保護資訊和支 持性的社會性資源;第二,建議透過這份研究能增加關心教育及相關工作者對校 園職場暴力之敏感度並作為改善工作環境之參考依據,期盼未來政府或是校方都 能進一步建立具優質與健康安全的工作環境;第三,此研究議題包含各層面,包 括工作者教師本人、組織教育主管機關、還有社會環境與產業結構,政策的背景 因素影響,這些層面皆應納入分析考量,藉此喚醒教育主管機關的意識,讓教育 主管機關在進行新進教師研習時,可以特別融入職場暴力之主題,培養新進教師 處理及預防職場暴力之安全教育訓練,更讓工作者獲得更多的相關資訊;最後,

建議可以將此研究之結果作為健康促進學校計畫之參考依據,以增加在擬定或執 行學校職場促進計畫時可以對症下藥,進一步關懷教師之職場安全保障。

針對未來研究建議,第一,建議未來可進行混合型研究,融入質性研究部 分,深入瞭解實務現場所遭遇之職場暴力現況;第二,由於職場暴力乃是經由長 時間而建構的,因此,其職場社會安全氛圍、身心健康間的關聯性若未來能長時 間的觀察各構念的變化,將可更清楚瞭解構念之間的影響關係;第三,未來研究 可增加各規模層級的學校樣本數,並做不同學校規模層級之職場暴力盛行率分析 與研究,將使資料更臻完整。
