第六章 結論與建議
對門診或住院用藥疏失的特性制定作業指引或電腦警訊設計等來預防可能發生 用藥疏失的環節。
本研究發現最常見用藥疏失藥物種類為心血管藥物、止痛藥、中樞神經藥 物、抗生素、腸胃道藥物，應加強醫師開立或藥師人員調劑對於上述常見用藥 疏失的藥物提高注意力，預防用藥疏失發生。
雖然本研究給藥錯誤的用藥疏失少，僅佔0.1%，護理人員也必須針對病人 進行用藥安全宣導，提高病人對於用藥安全的認識，作為預防用藥疏失發生的 第二道防線。
二、醫學教育
醫療人員養成教育內容應該包含病人用藥安全教育宣導，內容應包括用藥 疏失高危險群的認識、常見用藥疏失藥物種類、對於病人與其家庭的影響與可 能的嚴重後果、醫療成本的增加、對於個人醫療職業生涯的影響以及法律上的 責任，教育這些未來醫療人員了解用藥疏失現況，具有預防用藥疏失的道德責 任與維護病人用藥安全的使命感，進而在未來執業生涯能儘可能預防用藥疏失 發生。
三、臨床研究
雖然本研究之對象包含門診、住院與急診，但僅限於某一北區醫學中心，
影響研究結果推論性，但是礙於國情因素，對於公開院內用藥疏失資料與其他 醫院分享進而研究，具有某種困難程度存在，建議未來的研究能突破此一困境，
進行跨院用藥疏失研究，方能真正了解我國用藥疏失的現況，以利提供未來制 定改善用藥疏失的政策方針與醫療院校的教育政策。另外本研究也發現門診或 住院病人比急診病人較容易發生用藥疏失，但未能了解差異性存在的原因，建 議未來能有人針對此議題進行研究，才能真正制定符合預防門診及住院病人用 藥疏失發生的指引。
