第五章 結論與建議
更大居住面積的困難度加深,皆是市場失序之現象。故建議應擬定健全不動產市 場相關配套措施,降低房價炒作情況,讓民眾買得起具有「合法產權登記」的房 子,以更自由地選擇符合其需求的生活空間。在享有生活品質與居住安全的同時,
更能保有居住尊嚴,達到居住正義之社會目標。

參考李春長、游淑滿與張維倫(2012)作法,將主要效果模型(如附表)與干擾 效果模型(如表 4-1 普通最小平方法複迴歸)之調整後判定係數進行 F 檢定,得 F=4.71> F(41-38,31928-43,0.01)=3.79,顯示干擾效果後模型之調整後判定係數顯著提升。
惟分量迴歸結果與普通最小平方法複迴歸結果相似,故於此不為贅述。
