第五章 結論與建議

5.4 後續研究方向

一、本論文有關創業導向、製造管理實務及創新能力等問項,皆以 Likert 七 點尺度之主觀指標進行衡量,因為衡量指標的性質不易以客觀指標衡 量,因此以主觀指標衡量符合在本議題相關研究之慣用方法,但若能發 展客觀數據之衡量指標,將可避免因表測人員主觀意識或不願呈現較差 表現,所造成之衡量的偏誤,而為本論文未來研究方向之一。

二、基於考量研究範圍的嚴謹性及控制性,本論文僅以與製造部門管理較具 直接關連性之創新能力構面,包括產品創新、製程創新及服務創新作為 探討內容,而未涵蓋創新能力之所有構面,如組織創新、管理創新、行 銷創新、商業模式創新,而可能無法完全窺視創業導向—製造管理實務—

創新能力關係之全貌;因此擴大創新能力類型之探討,並將創業導向對 創新能力之直接影響關係納入探討範圍,以建構更完整之創業導向—製 造管理實務—創新能力之關係模式,亦是本論文未來努力方向之一。

三、基於不同產業特性可能存在之差異性,本論文研究結果不一定可概括推 及其它產業,針對各種不同的產業進行本論文架構之驗證及分析比較,

以了解本論文架構在其它產業的適用性並做適當之修訂,以進一步將本 論文架構模式推論一般化,將是本論文未來另一研究方向。
