第五章 結論與建議

5.4 未來展望

(1) 可針對更多地區的微網誌使用族群進行探討,並進行差異比較

本研究目標對象以台灣地區行動裝置微網誌使用者為主,回收資料中,主要 採用的微網誌是推特或新浪微博的使用者僅佔總問卷人口數的三分之一,本回收 樣本族群對象主要使用的微網誌為噗浪。從Alexa 網路排名觀察到,噗浪的使用 在全世界流量排名中以台灣貢獻度最高,台灣使用噗浪的總流量為世界使用噗浪 國家排名的第一名,然而在2013年5月時,噗浪在台灣地區的網站排名仍僅為第 63名,噗浪在世界網站排名僅為第2005名;相比新浪微博在中國排名第6,世界 網路排名第27、或是推特在許多國家流量排名前10,世界排名第12的高使用度,

噗浪在台灣雖然有很高的使用度,但相比其他微網誌仍有一段差距。若能針對更 多地區的微網誌使用族群進行探討分析,或許可以得到不同的分析比較結果,從 而了解更多微網誌特別吸引人的部分。

此外台灣地區主要採用的微網誌對行動裝置的支援較少,如缺乏新浪微博或 推特這類可以對使用者位置定位性支援的微網誌、以及無線網路通訊普及程度的 不同,也都可能造成使用族群對行動裝置特性認知的差異。若能擴及更多地區的 微網誌族群進行研究,應該會有不同的結果,並可對不同國家的微網誌使用度差 異如此大的原因進行分析。

(2) 可針對硬體部分對習慣的影響做更進一步的研究

本研究中硬體部分的行動裝置特性對習慣此一構面並不產生直接顯著的影 響,雖然行動裝置的特性對使用者的期望確認有正向顯著的影響,並且使用者的

期望確認能正向影響習慣此一構面,然而此架構的分析中行動裝置的特性卻不能 直接有效影響使用者的習慣。研究架構中實證顯示習慣確實對使用者的持續使用 意圖及使用黏著產生顯著影響,且本研究的習慣衡量著重於使用者透過行動裝置 使用微網誌的習慣,觀察行動裝置在社群特性網站使用中對習慣的影響,與近年 來使用者多透過行動裝置使用網路服務,而非單單僅觀察行動裝置獨立使用時的 情況更接近實際使用情形。因此架構中若能在硬體層面找尋到能顯著影響使用者 習慣的因素,對資訊系統的軟硬體服務整合及日後硬體特性發展的方向將能有所 幫助。
