第五章 討論與結論

第四節 未來研究建議

除了將構面依照 CUE 模型中的功能性特性、非功能性特性及情感反應進行 分類,本研究亦為構面建構了因果關係之模型。根據此模型,可以發現在功能性 特性中的三個構面,彼此之間又受到因果關係之影響。本研究僅提出一個初步的 模型,後續研究可進一步深入探討構面彼此之間的關聯性。

而隨著科技發展,行動裝置也會越來越進步,本研究認為或許有其他會影響 使用者的行動應用介面體驗的新因素出現,後續研究可加入這些相關的因素,發 展出符合應用之量表。
