第四節、未來研究方向
ㄧ、更深入了解自我責任與框架交互作用下的腦區反應
本研究在fMRI 實驗上主要在於取得腦神經科學的證據,驗證是否自我責任 與框架效應對軟體專案管理中承諾升級現象的解釋能力,在時間與技術限制下,
並未深入探討其交互作用下的腦區活化差異,未來或許能透過較清晰的實驗設計 來了解此一狀況。
二、探討承諾升級其他相關理論
因fMRI 實驗目前尚無法進行太過複雜的因素分析,是故本研究只透過自我 辯護理論以及框架效應來探討軟體專案管理中的承諾升級現象,但在過去許多研 究中顯示,承諾升級所產生的原因不單只是因為自我責任或是框架的關係,而是 仍有可能有其他原因,如:專案的完成度、投入成本的高低與組織因素等等,在 未來或許能將這些因素加入實驗之中,能更完整更全面的了解決策中承諾升級的 現象。
三、繼續與不繼續之議題
在研究中我們發現,選擇繼續投入資源進行專案時,所產生的腦區多屬於直 覺與情緒相關的腦區,且偏右;而選擇不繼續投入資源時,所產生的腦區多屬於 推理思考相關的腦區,且偏左。在軟體專案管理承諾升級的決策當中,是否真為 繼續與不繼續的腦區與直覺情緒跟推理思考相關,以及是否與左右腦會扮演不同 的角色相關,可能為另一項有趣的議題,未來進行承諾升級的相關研究中,對於 此一現象的討論可剖析人類在承諾升級中腦區不同功能的奧秘。

四、專案的規模、決策者對專案的熟悉度與公司產業別之關連
決策一直是一個複雜的議題,在不同的專案、不同的情境以及不同的產業中,
往往會有不一樣的情形發生。在本研究這次的研究當中,並未將專案規模、決策 者對專案的熟悉度與公司的產業別納入研究設計當中,未來將這些情況進行不同 的配置設計時,可能將會有其他不同的,對於軟體專案中承諾升級議題的發現,
也能對軟體專案管理中承諾升級的現象有更深入的了解。
