未來主要研究方向為探討血癌抑制因子受抑制時有那些基因表 現同時受到影響。根據前述的結果本實驗將血癌抑制因子反意核苷 酸注入原核期鼠胚發現在1.0 fmole、2.0 fmole 的劑量下大部分的胚 胎皆停滯於桑甚胚期,而且即使是發育到囊胚也不一定會著床,這 個血癌抑制因子基因是否與其他基因的交互作用而影響胚胎進一步 發育至囊胚期,是很值得深入研究的。
後續的研究重點將以基因晶片直接搜尋與血癌抑制因子相互 作用的基因群,以確知原核期胚胎受血癌抑制因子之反意寡核苷酸 抑制後,停滯於桑甚胚期及囊胚基因變化的情形。
