第五章、 結論與建議

第四節、 未來研究方向

一、 研究結果的一般化:

在企業方面,本研究僅針對資訊產業為調查對象,因此未來研究或許可以擴 大產業樣本範圍,廣泛的針對各個產業的成員進行問卷測試,將有助於結果的一 般化。在奇摩知識+方面,由於研究所回收之樣本資料,大部分是偏向相對等級 較低的成員,因此,在未來研究可以多蒐集知識等級較高者的成員樣本資料,以 便更能真實的反應所有等級成員的結果

二、 縱斷面之研究(Longitudinal Study):

本研究採用橫斷面之衡量進行實證,長期而言是否具有一致的因果關係則有 待實際的驗證,因此未來可以透過長期的觀察進行縱斷面的比較,將有助於說明 各變項之間的因果關係。

三、 中國人特有的關係(Guanxi)結構:

由於本研究的樣本是屬於華人的樣本,所以在未來研究可以進一步的納入華 人對於人際之間的親疏遠近而產生不同對待方式之考量,對於本研究的模式是否 有不一樣的影響效果。
