第四節 未來研究方向
由於本研究屬先探性質,在無本國文獻支持的基礎下,我們只整理了台灣職 場中一些較為普遍的職場事件,並無進行更進一步的分類,故無法詳細地描述各 個細節的問題。例如,不同的產業性質或許會容易引起某些特定的禮節事件,本 研究對此議題並無著墨。另外,我們在回收問卷後,發現公家機關(如:軍事機 關、教育機構、地方政府等)的成員較服務業與製造業的成員容易遭遇禮節事件。
但礙於開放式問卷以及各產業研究樣本不足的限制,無法做顯著性的檢定,甚為 遺憾。期待日後的研究者能夠設計或是取得一套可供嚴謹統計分析的問卷,讓我 們在這次研究中留下來的問題得到解答。
除此之外,由於禮節可能隨著各地文化的不同而有所差異,本研究著重收集 現象,並沒有探討禮節的起源以及某些相關議題,如:公司文化、國情等。希望 未來的研究者能夠注意這些因素對辦公室禮節的影響,並做成一完整的研究報告。
本研究文末的實務建議,僅是美國學者的文獻整理,並無考量美國與台灣兩 地文化差異是否會帶來適用性上的問題。在此,我們同樣希望來人能夠針對本研 究整裡的文獻詳細探討其在台灣的適用性,或是更進一步地針對台灣設計出量身 定作的教育方案、工作環境以及選才機制。
