第六章 結論與建議

第四節 研究建議

綜合以上研究結果及限制,本研究嘗試提出幾個未來關於此研究議題的研 究方向和建議。

1. 在本研究成立的基礎上可納入 Venkatesh 等人提出的 TAM3 的模型理論中的 相關外部變數,以更深入的探討各種可能影響虛擬社群使用滿意度的因素。

2. 透過 DeLone & McLean 修改過後的資訊成功模型得知,系統品質與資訊品 質也會影響到使用滿意度,因此,也可納入研究範圍,增加模型完整度。並 透過文獻探討,了解系統品質、資訊品質與服務品質與認知易用性和認知有 用性異同之處,並嘗試加以整合探討。

3. 本研究無法得到信任對虛擬社群使用滿意度的正向影響,往後研究者可以將 信任與滿意度視為對再使用意願的影響因子,以此為方向做進一步的研究。

4. 本研究只針對台灣的虛擬社群使用者進行調查。為求研究結果的一般性,未 來可以跨文化、地域進行研究,來驗證其適用性或進一步修正此模式。
