會越快越猛烈,其他子品牌很容易受到危機帶來的衝擊,聲譽也會隨之受到影 響,因此集團中有一子品牌發生危機後,其他子品牌如何使用正確的策略與外 界溝通應對,便是能否阻擋負面影響的關鍵因素,不過在諸多危機案例中會看 到,品牌方很多時候不一定知道該如何回應、在什麼樣的時間點回應才能有最 佳的緩衝效果,加上在台灣的商業環境中,除非母品牌本身的正面聲譽十分強 烈(例如:義美),多數集團的產品線延伸或業務擴張皆是以增建品牌的方式進 行,故本研究為台灣的多品牌企業危機管理提供了更多實證經驗作為參考。
在本次研究中可以發現,台灣消費者對於主動說明與揭露的方式抱持著強 烈正面態度,不論在何種品牌架構或是危機回應策略之下,事前主動說明對於 消費者來說便是勇於承擔責任的表現,若再搭配重建型的策略,提出具體改善 方案並真心致歉,讓消費者感受到品牌的誠意與用心,更有助於提升品牌評 價,減緩危機的負面衝擊。而針對危機溝通策略的部分,對於台灣消費者而 言,回應時機的正面影響遠大於回應的具體內容,因此品牌管理者在遇到其他 子品牌發生危機時,比起苦惱該使用何種回應危機策略,更重要的是掌握好揭 露時機,多方觀察媒體與危機消息的流通程度,若是選擇了正確的時機回應,
即使使用降低影響型策略也可以有效迴避其他子品牌危機帶來的負面影響,減 少企業的危機處理成本。
最後本研究也提供集團子品牌間聲譽確實會互相影響的證據,當其他子品 牌使用了正確的危機回應策略,發生危機子品牌會連帶受益,因此不只是母品 牌與子品牌之間會有品牌危機的負面影響擴散效應,在台灣的環境之下,不論 是何種品牌架構,子品牌之間都會受到一定程度的危機負面影響,因此單一子 品牌在選擇危機回應策略時,也可以將對其他子品牌可能產生的綜效一併納入 品牌危機管理考量的範疇。

在台灣市場中有三個知名的獨立品牌:Drink、Shower、Comfort,其中 Drink 品牌是以沖泡飲品為主產品的品牌,而 Shower 是以開發天然沐浴乳為主的品 牌,Comfort 則是以製作床具聞名的品牌。
在 2019 年 10 月 25 日時,沖泡飲品 Drink 品牌爆發了原料過期事件,衛生 局稽查後發現 Drink 公司涉嫌進口即期奶粉再製後販售給消費者。Drink 品牌 隨後發表正式聲明,指出因公司內部員工貪圖獲利才會發生本次事件,已將相 關人員遣散以示懲處,並向社會大眾致上最深的歉意。
Drink 原料事件發生後,媒體紛紛開始報導,網民們也在探討 Drink 公司本身 的管理制度是否有問題。這時,與 Drink 品牌同屬於台灣 AAA 集團下的獨立 沐浴乳品牌 Shower,雖然兩者為不同事業體,彼此間獨立運作,且品類有所區 別,加上品牌皆無冠名母集團,所以一般消費者也不清楚 Shower 品牌和 Drink 品牌同屬 AAA 的事實,但由於 Shower 品牌相當重視本次 Drink 原物 料爭議事件,擔心會對公司形象造成影響,故於 10 月 28 日主動發表相關聲 明,內容提到:
Shower 與 Drink 兩個獨立品牌背後的母集團是 AAA,因管理系統上有部分相 關,因此 Shower 品牌會積極審視目前的業務管理方式,並進行人員上的異動 與調整,同時增加多重稽核制度,防止類似事件在 Shower 品牌發生。
