第四節 研究貢獻
涉入程度在研究上的討論雖然已行之有年,然而論點卻仍有所分歧。而雙 面廣告在學術探討上的討論雖不少,但因結論不明確,故實務上仍少有廠商去嘗 試。(排除法律規定需平衡報導之產業,如藥品廣告)此外,過去似乎較少將前 二者與網路口碑之影響作一完整的研究討論,因此本研究基於三者的討論價值與 關聯性,將三者作為研究變數共同討論其對於消費者態度的影響,以及廣告和網 路口碑之間相互影響可信度及觀感的效果。
而本研究結果除了點出網路口碑對於不同涉入程度消費者的態度皆具有深 度影響力,提醒廠商必須採取更積極的作為,同時也討論了雙面廣告的利益與風 險,比方預防網路口碑對消費者態度造成波動的可能性等正面效益,以及使廣告 及產品觀感降低等風險,給予廠商一個兼具正反面探討的參考策略。
