第四節 研究貢獻
台灣目前探討使用者體驗的學術研究並不多,本研究希望能給予些許貢獻,
且實驗設計之研究方法在國內研究也鮮少針對網站介面與使用者經驗,提倡實驗 設計的嚴謹性的同時,也預期研究方法與數據能提供給學術界日後研究之參照。
讓學術圈更與實務界更加結合,同時也讓學術界了解網頁介面的功能性與影響程 度,以及其對造成使用者的體驗的差異性。
二、 實務面
本研究希望提供給予不論是購物網站或是電子商務平台一個參考,提醒使用 者為中心(User-centered design)為設計主軸的重要性,透過研究之成果開發更符 合消費者購物流程的消費模式或網站,了解使用者體驗與使用者對於購物網站的 設計需求。
