第五章 結論

5.3 研究限制以及建議

關於本研究的限制和建議分以下幾點說明,首先本文焦點在於非營利性社群,

有可能因非營利社群與營利性質的社群之間的差異,而導致結果有所不同,在此方 面未來可以考慮加入營利性質的社群進行比較,以確定此一結構模式是否適當。其 次,本文僅針對一個非營利性社群,或許其他非營利性社群音社群間的性質差異會 倒指結果不同,未來可以針對多個非營利性社群同時進行比較。第三,本文僅針對

品牌忠誠度進行探討,儘管品牌忠誠度是品牌權益內最重要之構面,但未來研究或 可考慮了解品牌社群對品牌權益之整體研究,以了解社群所帶給品牌權益之價值。

最後,本文係屬於橫斷面之研究,未來研究可朝縱斷面研究此一方向去進行探討,

在長時間的涉入之下,了解社群內之運作應會帶給研究者更多發現。
