1. 本研究收集病例期間，正巧全台 SARS 受到衝擊，因此病例回診率不佳，經 由電話催促方回院追蹤，故病例之隨機性不足。
2. 同樣因受 SARS 衝擊，癌症新病例幾乎未曾出現，故前測難以收集到足夠病 例數，此為本研究之限制。
3. test-retest reliability 未完成，同樣也是因 SARS 之衝擊所造成，應再努力完 成，使本研究量表更為完整。

親愛的口腔癌病患及家屬們，您好！
這是一份有關調查口腔癌病人接受治療後健康生活品質問卷的研究，其目的在 請教各位飽受口腔癌困擾的病人們在接受治療後的健康生活品質情況。
由於口腔癌現已名列為國內十大癌症之第七位，在男性則名列第四位，在頭頸 癌則佔第一位，其重要性不可言喻；而現今相關之量表只發表至頭頸癌之量表而 已，對口腔癌這種台灣極重要之癌症仍未見有專用之中、英文量表。 因此我們發 展了一套專供國內口腔癌病患之健康生活品質量表，作為以後評估口腔癌病患之健 康生活品質之依據。 現在問卷已部分完成，但仍需要您的寶貴意見，作為發展改 善進問卷題目的參考。
此份問卷預計填寫兩次，第一次是在口腔癌治療前二周內，第二次則在口腔癌 治療後一至二個月間。
此份問卷採不記名方式進行，您只需將問卷填好並交給負責人員即可。
