第二節 研究限制、建議與貢獻
一、 研究限制
本研究受限於人力、時間、經濟等因素,只將研究對象鎖定在新北市、台北 市、桃園縣共 6 所學校 13 個班級,故研究結果未必能類推至其他縣市。在研究對 對象上,研究者設定的受試對象是全體國中學生皆可填寫此份問卷,由於問卷填 寫的時間是在上學期末,七年級的學生才剛進國中四個月,也許還在班級適應、
課業適應的階段,未必與每位同儕都有接觸與交往,也不一定和導師關係密切與 親近,可能會造成他們評量同學或導師的困難,因此,有必要檢討受試對象的適 宜性。考量到新生入學的適應時間,建議較佳的受試者仍以八、九年級的國中生 為主,或是在七年級下學期再行施測。
評量方式中,導師的利社會行為有採用導師自評及學生評量的方式。導師自 評部分,研究者發現這可能會產生社會期許效應,讓導師在填寫時因為自己身為 教師的角色而高估自己的利社會行為表現;且因為導師自評問卷的參與者人數只

與導師的熟悉度、一週相處的平均時間等),並明確指示學生對題目情境或對象的 思考範圍應以現任的導師為主。
最後,雖然問卷設計以學生能在 40 分鐘填答完成為主,第一部分的基本資料、
第二部分的學生自陳,因為方式簡單且為學生所熟悉,剛開始填答也比較有精神,
填答起來不會太困難,幾乎都有完成。但第三部分的同儕評定,因為大部分的學 生是第一次填寫這種評量方式,程序較為複雜且時間上花費較長,加上前面已經 動腦筋填寫第二部分,看到第三部分又要自己寫座號,還有一長篇的指導說明需 要仔細閱讀,就會發現有比較多的狀況出現。即使研究者已經請施測人員要特別 口頭說明,並指導學生填寫,但收回問卷檢查後,仍發現有些問題,例如:少了 班上某個座號的同學之分數,填寫的數字潦草難辨識,或者以相同的分數評定不 同的同學,讓研究者很難判斷該生是亂答?還是在他眼中班上這些同學在這 10 題 的發生程度皆一樣?因此,在這樣的情況下,研究者要挑出無效的問卷也很難有 一明確的指標,但是,將其放入有效樣本也會擔心有效性的問題。而七年級的學 生,也會擔心其是否真的明瞭語意,或是他們是否很清楚的知道每個座號對應的 同學姓名等。由於預試時,研究者找的對象是九年級的學生,七年級的學生在填 答時間上,是否會因為不熟悉填寫問卷的方式、及思考速度較九年級緩慢而趕不 及作答,以致於亂答等,這些受測對象設計上的瑕疵,皆可能會影響量表分析的 結果。
二、 研究建議
本研究因受限人力、時間、經濟等因素,採用方便取樣的方式,樣本只分佈 在新北市、台北市及桃園縣一帶,且使用的測量工具是問卷調查法,以量化方式 搜集資料,樣本人數並不算太多,建議未來可以在各縣市隨機抽樣,並擴大樣本 數量,且能輔以質性訪談的資料,更深入的了解導師利社會行為、學生利社會行

為及學生關係攻擊的關係。
再者,研究對象上,盡可能選擇八、九年級的學生較為適宜,或是要考量問 卷發放的時間點,若是在下學期末,可能可以把七年級的學生作為研究對象的考 量。而研究工具的設計也可以再作改良:問卷部分,可設計一些誠實度考驗的問 題去平衡問卷的社會期許效應;給學生填寫的同儕評定部分,可將同性別的座號、
姓名先行列印上去,且讓學生用圈選,而非自己填數字的方式填答;題目的設計 可以更客觀、具體,且是大部分學生可以觀察到的,甚至是以情境題的方式,使 學生可以單單聯想這種情況下導師、自己或同學的表現,而不做過度的反應連結。
最後,由於研究者發現導師的利社會行為和學生關係攻擊並無顯著相關,發 現導師除了正向示範外,可能還有其他的功能、角色可以影響學生的關係攻擊行 為,例如:班級經營的方式、獎懲制度,面對關係攻擊的態度、危機處理的策略,
建議未來研究者可朝這些面向做深入研究。
三、 研究貢獻
在學術研究方面,關係攻擊近幾年已慢慢和肢體霸凌做一分野,國內關係攻 擊的研究也逐漸增加,研究對象從加害者、受害者、以致旁觀者皆有。而研究者 從導師行為著手,試圖去了解其對學生關係攻擊之關聯性,可豐富國內在從事預 防教育上不同的實徵研究觀點。再者,研究者發現多元訊息來源法確實有其優點,
尤其探討的議題比較隱匿,並有填寫時的社會期許壓力時,透過多元訊息方式來 了解同一變項,較能了解真實的情況;也能針對不同評量方式評同一變項時,相 關值較低的變項做討論,可以在問卷題目上,推測出受試者填答時可能遇到的心 理壓力,未來可以設計較為中立、無社會期許的題目,使問卷填答的準確性提高。
對於教學現場的應用上,本研究發現導師的利社會行為對於學生利社會行為

有顯著正相關,即表示導師的確可提供學生見賢思齊之功效,因此,導師若能在 分享、互助、關懷等面向上作為學生行為之表帥,將可能對學生三年之品性、行 為有一定程度之幫助,例如:導師挪出課餘時間對學生進行補救教學、帶領學生 一同認養兒童、經常在公開場合,口頭上鼓勵學生,眼神上給予友善的示意等。
身為教師者除提升本身領域之專業知能外,也要善用自身楷模角色,成為學生效 法的典範,尤其是導師,更不容小覷自己對學生的影響力,善用自己的影響力,
好的行為盡可能表現在學生面前,耳濡目染下定會對學生有所助益。
