研究限制

本研究對象之專案正在進行中，有許多的商業機密，受訪不便過 於深入的透露細節，過度敘述恐會影響專案之進行，以及合約之計價，

但對於受訪者層級之高，數量之多恐為少見，幾乎所有參與專案工程 的中高階主管均已參與填寫問卷，問卷之效度及信度均相當高，實屬 難能可貴。
