第六章 結論與建議
第三節 研究限制
本研究擬定題目、研究設計、發放問卷到撰寫論文,發現以下三 點研究限制:
1. 樣本人數的問題:本研究護理人員比例偏高,佔將近七成,
因此,樣本可能無法代表母群體醫院工作人員。
2. 外推性問題:本研究利用立意取樣,選取中部地區某三家醫 院,其研究結果可能僅能代表此三家醫院,無法外推至其他 醫院。
3. 外界壓力:填答者可能受外界壓力影響,其原因為社會上普 遍認為器官捐贈是ㄧ種大愛行為,因而填答者趨向回答正面 的態度。
