第五章 結論與限制

5.2 研究限制

本研究依照研究流程進行,從資料蒐集、文獻整理、構面形成、問卷發放乃至 資料登錄分析的研究過程中,雖然力求研究方法嚴謹詳實,但受限於人力、財力及 時間等因素,仍存在以下幾點研究限制:

 研究架構方面:為避免研究架構過於複雜,僅以信任為自變項、任務衝突與關 係衝突為依變項、薪資結構作為調節變數,未能納入其餘的構面一併探討,或 許對瞭解整體研究架構的因果關係有所影響。

 研究對象方面:本研究所取樣的對象僅為銀行裡主管及非主管階級的員工,研 究結果無法概化到其他行業別公司。且受限於經費及地緣便利等因素,主要問 卷發放公司皆位在北部地區,且以台北縣市為主,少部分則為中部及南部地區 之公司,此亦本研究無法盡善之處。
