第二節 研究限制與後續研究建議
本研究使用華人家庭動態資料庫之數據建立研究樣本資料，關於子女工作價 值觀、教育程度、出生順序、家境狀況皆提供詳盡之資料，也能合併父母樣本與 子女樣本著實便利、實用，只可惜問卷題項有限，若能提供以下資訊，未來將能 進行更臻細微之研究：
一、本研究以子女認為父母親之關心程度、可靠程度與親子交流時間來衡量親子 關係，大致能掌握親子間之親密程度，不過若能得知親子間談論職場話題的 頻繁度，則能進一步知曉子女對父母負面職場經驗的了解程度與感受，可以 更明確分析父母負面職場經驗對子女工作價值觀的影響。
二、關於父母負面職場經驗影響子女工作價值觀，子女除了受到父母客觀的負面 經驗影響，也直接受到父母主觀的情緒表達所影響，而這是從問卷、量化資 料中無法準確獲取的因素，因為態度也可能隨著經歷負面職場經驗的期間長 度而有波動，若能進一步對於受訪者做訪談，以得知父母對於負面職場經驗 的想法與表現出來的態度，則較能得悉為何父母親的負面職場經驗沒有非常 明顯地改變子女的工作價值觀，就算在親子關係親密的前提下。若父母對負 面經驗樂觀，其子女也會較為樂觀。
三、若能知道父母親自己的工作價值觀，則能對照比較的範圍將更擴大。本研究 發現，傳統上武斷地猜測父親較重視外在工作價值觀、母親較重視內在工作 價值觀並不一定正確，施測樣本也不一定符合此情境，若能得知父母親真實 的工作價值觀，將更能做較準確的推估與分析。
由於在本研究中，未考量親子關係時，父母負面職場經驗對子女工作價值觀 並沒有顯著影響，但是截距項顯著存在，也許仍受到尚未考量之因素影響，因此 本研究建議在後續研究中，可以加入親子討論職場話題的頻繁度、父母親本身的 工作價值觀、父母對於負面職場經驗抱持的心態，以做為進一步考量的因素，甚

至可以做動態分析，追蹤父母先有工作後遭遇負面職場經驗時，子女的工作價值 觀有何轉變，以期對此影響關係有更深入的瞭解。
