第四章 資料來源與樣本統計量描述

第三節 研究限制與後續研究建議

本研究在研究設計上參考國內外相關文獻並融入相關的理論基礎與市場現況。為 力求研究之客觀性與完整性,本研究針對待改善之處,提出以下研究建議,以供後續 研究之參考。

首先,本研究使用李春長等(2013)之問卷,該問卷採用李克特五點量表來衡量房 屋仲介從業人員在各相關變數上的認知情形,受測者基於主觀判斷與認知,而非依據 實際客觀基準來衡量,因而在工作績效項目可能造成偏差。本研究建議在後續的研究 上,可採用更明確的數據量化 (如:帄均所得)加以衡量工作績效,以減少知覺的偏 差。

其次,在解釋變數方面,Fei and Yapeng (2010)指出房屋仲介市場的激烈競爭,而 團隊合作可提高集體優勢,如能藉由團隊獎金提高團隊合作,可減少內部摩擦,進而 能提高工作效率(李春長,2014)。經由以往實證結果顯示,房屋仲介經紀人員,團隊 獎金對個人工作績效的確存有顯著正向影響(李春長,2014)。可知團隊獎金對於降低 團隊衝突並促進團隊合作,進而提升工作績效扮演著重要角色。本研究建議後續研究 者可將仲介公司營運制度(如:團隊獎金、底薪、房屋仲介品牌…等重要變數)與房屋 仲介從業人員之認知做結合,加以驗證擴充管理意涵,使研究結果更具應用價值。

最後,在研究方法上面,本研究建議後續研究者,可進一步使用三階層的階層線 性模式探討房屋仲介品牌對工作績效之影響;此外,對於團隊層次變項間之關係上,

則可使用結構方程模式(SEM),藉以深入釐清變項間之直接與間接關係。
