第三節 研究限制與後續研究方向
一、研究限制
(一) 本研究礙於人力、物力和時間的限制,僅有針對臺東地區行動銀行的使用者 發放問卷,若能再擴大區域作研究的對象,那麼研究結論將更臻完善。
(二) 本研究問卷的發放是採用滾雪球式的便利抽樣法,對於抽測樣本未進行前置 性的篩選,造成樣本的職業有較集中的情形。
二、後續研究方向
(一) 建議可選定某家行動銀行的客戶為研究對象,驗證本研究架構之適用性,提供 業者個案研究的建議方案,或針對不同銀行業者的行動銀行服務進行探討,比較其顧客 滿意度和銀行市佔率的關係。
(二) 本研究受訪者雖對行動銀行提供的資訊品質評價良好,但資訊品質對知覺價值 却未達到顯著水準,建議後續研究者可就此有趣的議題,加入更多的影響因素進行深入 探討。
(三) 由本研究結果得知主要使用行動銀行的客群為30歲至39歲的女性,建議後續研 究者可將受測對象設定此客群,深入探討此目標客群對現有行動銀行服務之偏好及期待 未來發展之功能。
