第五章 結論與建議

5.3 研究限制與未來展望

(一) 問卷樣本臺東地區

本研究的地區主要針對台東縣智慧化城市推動之研究,而目前國內尚有許多 推動智慧化城市之地區,且因各地區政策方向不同,因此本研究之結果無法適用 在其他地區,只能提供針對台東的研究之結果,故本研究會有地區的侷限。

(二) 樣本對象職業太過集中

由於問卷發放帄臺與地點的關係,使得受測者的職業大多是以學生族群為居 多,佔了總樣本數的 45.1%,年齡層更是以 19-29 歲為主要族群,佔了總樣本數 的 73.5%。因此本研究建議後續研究可以在更多不同的網路帄台或地點進行問卷 發放與實施測量,來使樣本的多樣性足夠,並保持樣本的解釋能力。

(三) 針對供給面進行研究

礙於研究架構的限制,本研究是針對民眾亦即是需求面角度審視成效,並無 對於政府內部亦即是供給面的研究。由於智慧化城市的發展所影響到的並不只是 民眾,而對於政府內部的行政人員在運作流程上也會有相當程度的影響,希冀往 後的研究可以針對此面向來提出理論模型,整合供給與需求兩方面的指標,將獲 致更有效度的成效評估。

(四) 針對研究範圍以特性提出分區概念

本研究針對臺東縣整體來做研究,並未多加細分地區特性,如都市地區、偏 鄉地區等,較難針對地區提出政府在推動智慧化城市上策略的建議,僅能以整體 透過本研究分析所得資訊去了解細部地區之現況。故在此建議後續研究者,可以 透過特性,提出分區概念,並於問卷設計中,根據不同地區狀況提出問項,使問 卷成果更更完善。
