第五章 研究結論與建議

第三節 研究限制與未來發展

本研究以台灣房屋仲介業者為研究對象,並沒有針對特定的企業,屬於比較 廣泛且全面性的研究。因此,可能會有部份公司沒有導入行動商務技術、行動商 務技術不完善,或者是加盟體系與直營體系的不同而形成資源的分配有所不同的 差別等問題。所以後續研究者可以針對直營體系與加盟體系的不同,進而探討其 之間在行動商務技術的採用是否有差異。其次,由於本研究受到時間與成本的限 制,有些相關議題尚未納入進行深入的探討,因此後續研究者可以延伸本研究繼 續的加以探討。

根據上述,本研究應用科技接受模式與任務科技適配度模式的整合作為研究 架構,在後續研究的延伸探討,可針對下列所述進行延續,例如:成本、相容性、

高階主管的支持、電腦自我效能、技術支援與訓練以及其他有關的研究領域等,

期望本研究可以協助未來研究者再進一步的探討,並了解房屋仲介業目前的影響 狀況。
