但 Morin 的安眠藥物依賴性失眠的循環現象,可能較關注開始持續服用助眠 藥物的歷程,並未對長期服用助眠藥物後,個案對助眠藥物的態度進行詮釋。其 他研究也較少比較助眠藥物使用者間的不同用藥心態。然而,本研究發現,相同 的助眠藥物使用型態,其用藥心態可能有差異,單一的循環模式可能較無法涵蓋 多種助眠藥物使用型態。本研究可以提供助眠藥物使用型態的更多現象描述。

第五節 研究限制與未來發展

本研究是採橫斷面的研究取向,收集助眠藥物使用者當下的用藥型態與相關 量表。此種研究取向,無法以縱貫研究的方式了解一個助眠藥物使用者的歷程變 化,因此雖能將助眠藥物使用型態分群,但卻難以觀察到使用者的動態歷程變化。

也無法了解,不同的用藥型態,是否能預測個案之後的用藥行為,因此,若想探 討此現象,仍待後續的研究對不同類型的助眠藥物使用者進行追蹤,去評估是否 不同用藥型態會影響個案的助眠藥物使用。

另外,本研究因樣本較小,並未將樣本拆半,進行一部分進行模型建立以及 模型預測,若想要驗證此預測模型是否能類化到大樣本,則待後續收集更多的使 用者,進行預測分類,以更確立本研究的預測變項信、效度。

此外,臨床現象發現有一群個案,會濫用助眠藥物,到各醫療院所索取藥 物,或是在黑市進行交易,雖然比例不高,但已有許多個案報告指出此現象確 實存在。然而,本研究在醫院以及社區收案時,較少招募到這群個案,若想瞭 解這群個案的使用型態,則後續研究可以針對此類型個案進行召募。

最後,由於研究題目,以及招募沒有服用過助眠藥物或沒有失眠情形的個 案填寫此份有問卷有其難度也不符合研究目的,故本研究所招募的參與者,在 特質上本身就為較相近的群體,因此雖然可以看出不同的用藥型態,但在睡眠 脆弱特質或相關心理變項的差異可能較少,故建議往後的研究,可將這群個案 的樣本特性與常模進行比較。
