第二節 研究限制與未來研究方向

一、擴大研究範圍

本研究的模型所導出的條件式基於應用全部A級供應商或全部C級供應商所 導出,但是實務上可能可以針對A級中較重要的供應商實施VMI,再對C級供應 商實行VMI,如此可以得到較大的利益。因此後續研究可以運用同一模型,導出 企業實施VMI的最佳條件式。並將此VMI存貨管理模式向前或向後延伸,考慮更 多階層的供應鏈存貨管理模式;或更一般化的研究假設。

二、模型假設修正

本研究在模型假設上為計算方便,使用的需求機率分配為均等分配,但實務 上應為常態分配較為合理,在此提出本項研究限制,希望未來研究能針對此限制 更進一步發展一般化之模型。

三、未考慮供應鏈的議價能力

Porter(1980)在產業結構分析中認為產業垂直結構由供應商與買者間的議價 能力決定。在本模型中並未考慮到上下游廠商之間的市場力因素,而單純假設下 游為強勢的廠商,有能力可以選擇供應商,供應商在這方面並無談判的空間,而 資訊分享的多寡也由下游廠商決定,未來研究若能加入雙方市場力的因素構面,

可以發展出更完整的模型。

四、只考慮到供應鏈中兩階層的關係

為簡化問題,只著重於兩階層供應鏈關係,只能算部分最佳化的探討,非供 應鏈強調的整體最佳化。
