Chapter 8 系統智慧

WARNING: 遇到任何故障,攝影機臂會被鎖定,無法移動。主控制器及器械臂不會充電也不會 被鎖定,還是能在重力及外力影響下移動。器械臂無法定位,可被手術人員或技師 移動,器械頂端可能會傷害病人,應立即小心移除。

WARNING: 當緊急中止或故障時,如達文西超音波分割器尚在器械臂上,請立刻穩定器械臂,

避免不經意的動作。這個器械可能會因重力或其他外力而移動,移動的速度比其他 器械快,所以請立即移除此器械,以避免因疏忽而碰觸到組織。

CAUTION: 使用 FAULT OVERRIDE 鍵前,應全面性的了解達文西系統操作及故障的原因。不了 解狀況下修復達文西系統或略過故障,可能會導致器械臂或攝影機臂無法控制的移 動超過兩公分以上,或主控制器無法控制的移動超過五公分以上。

無法回復之故障

無法恢復的故障發生後,需要將達文西系統由病人身上移開,也無法繼續正常的動作。必須重新 啟動達文西系統後,才能繼續。

當無法恢復的故障發生時,會出現下列訊息:

Internal System fault (reference: xxxx).

Restart System to continue.

可回復之故障

可回復的故障是用來確保達文西系統的運作正常,也就是說,當有任何疑慮,達文西系統會啟動 可回復故障。因此,這種故障可以很容易的用 FAULT OVERRIDE 鍵來解除,所以 (1) 回復後,

如有故障仍然會被偵測,包括剛剛才發生的故障。(2) 達文西系統的功能仍能正常作用。如果可

恢復的故障是由故障的零件引起,嘗試回復將不會成功,而達文西系統會一直有錯誤。

Note: 某些故障會在開機時產生,顯示錯誤訊息後,仍然能繼續操作。這類的故障可能跟如電 源等非安全性系統有關。

下列為可回復故障錯誤訊息的範例:

Difficulty determining Arm position.

Press FAULT OVERRIDE to continue.

下列為一些可回復故障發生的情況,錯誤訊息會顯示在螢幕上方。

1. Difficulty determining Arm position.

2. Arm movement not as expected.

3. Temporary motion sensor data mismatch.

4. Excessive force detected on Arm(s).

5. Power fluctuation detected.

6. System functioning with battery backup low.

7. Internal clock battery low.

8. System functioning without reserve power supply.

斷電/蓄電

基於電源使用的安全,達文西系統的可在斷電後,維持一段短時間。InSite® Vision System 並 非蓄電次系統的一部分,因此,斷電時,立體顯示器無法作用。蓄電次系統是為了提供足夠的電 來從病人身上移除器械臂及攝影機臂,而不是讓系統繼續手術。

Note: 當主要電源回復後,達文西系統可繼續正常的功能動作。

Troubleshooting

如果故障一直重複發生,且無法找出原因,很有可能是內部系統的問題。請洽Intuitive Surgical 服務人員。.

警報裝置

當故障發生或進行安全測試時,會發出警報。

如果故障無法修復,可以按下 SILENCE ALARM 鍵讓警報聲停止兩分鐘。

如果故障可以修復,可以按下 FAULT OVERRIDE 鍵回復,或 SILENCE ALARM 鍵讓警報聲停止 兩分鐘。按下FAULT OVERRIDE 鍵不但會關閉警報聲,還會清除故障,讓手術能夠繼續。

如果是在安全測試下,解除偵測到的錯誤後,就會回復到正常。

錯誤紀錄

錯誤紀錄顯示是用來讓 ISI 產品支援人員能有更多的資訊。當系統發生可回復故障時,目前的錯 誤紀錄會在醫師控制中心及輔助螢幕上顯示,可以在歸位前,讀取錯誤紀錄。

同時按下 SILENCE ALARM 鍵及 STAND BY 鍵可以在立體顯示器及輔助螢幕上顯示錯誤紀錄。影 像調整的上下箭頭可用來往前或往後跳頁,左右箭頭可以用來選擇前後的紀錄。

按下 STAND BY 鍵或 FAULT OVERRIDE 鍵即可跳出錯誤紀錄顯示。如果在歸位前讀取錯誤紀錄 的話,可以按下 READY 鍵來離開錯誤紀錄顯示。

The da Vinci System is operating on battery power. Battery is half full.

Stereo Viewer and Assistant Monitor CAUTION: During a general system power failure, the Stereo Viewer does not receive power. The icon will appear on the Assistant Monitor only.

Appears when there is a general power failure or when there is an internal system power supply failure and the battery contains half of its available energy.

Match Grip Stereo Viewer and

Assistant Monitor Appears at the top left or right of the screen, next to the associated MTM. User must match the grip of the Master to the

corresponding. Instrument tip to enter Follow Mode.

Homing Failed Stereo Viewer and

Assistant Monitor Appears when the homing procedure has failed.

PSMs, ECMs and MTMs each have a portion of the screen dedicated to their icons. The Match Grip and Homing Failed icons appear in the dedicated screen area for each manipulator.
