在本研究中,中風患者患側上肢在接受肉毒桿菌治療後,用 modified Ashworth scale 和 modified Tardieu scale 評估肌肉痙攣,有明 顯的療效改善,療效可維持 12 週,受試者沒有任何不適的副作用;
而對於協同反應的改善,受試者在接受肉毒桿菌治療後,其協同反應 也有顯著減少,療效至少可維持 6 週。
至於上肢肌肉痙攣和步行能力及步態的關係,我們發現在治療後 受試者的步長有顯著增加,步寬顯著減少,而步行速度也有逐漸增加 的趨勢。至於運動學的部分,則發現患側膝關節的外展,內收角度,
和肩關節的外展,內收,以及屈曲,伸直角度有顯著增加,此外健側 踝關節的內外翻角度也有增加,這些結果顯示在接受上肢的肌肉痙攣 治療後,中風患者的步態也有改善。
在將來的研究我們可以用更客觀量化的評估方法來評估協同反 應,此外針對步態分析的部分可以先將受試者的動作能力分類,而且 增加受試者人數,才不至於造成個別差異性太大。
