一、結論

(一)不同肌肉收縮型式的 PAP 運動對不同爆發力型式會產生特定的影響,動 態收縮 PAP 運動 (3 × 90%1RM) 能顯著提升隨後的反覆爆發力 (40 公尺衝刺) 表現;等長收縮 PAP 運動能顯著提升隨後的單次爆發力 (立定跳遠) 表現。相反 地,動態收縮 PAP 運動對隨後立定跳遠與等長收縮 PAP 運動對隨後 40 公尺衝刺 皆未達顯著。

(二)儘管 PAP 運動與隨後爆發力會產生特定的影響,但本研究發現直到 PAP 運動後第 18.5 分鐘的恢復時間才顯著提升隨後的爆發力表現,在 PAP 運動後第 8 分鐘則無影響。

二、建議

(一) 不同收縮型式的 PAP 運動對隨後不同爆發力型式會產生特定影響之原 因是否為關節活動角度,還需要更多研究來探討。

(二) 未來研究建議探討短距離徑賽 (100 公尺) 選手與跳遠選手在與本研究 相同的操弄變項之下,是否也能成功地誘發 PAP 現象進而促進競賽表現。

參與者同意書

計畫名稱:不同肌肉收縮型式的活化後增能運動對單次與反覆爆發力表現之影響

計畫目的:探討等長與動態收縮型式的蹲舉運動,在不同的恢復時間下 (蹲舉運 動後第 8 分鐘與 18.5 分鐘) ,對隨後的單次爆發力 (立定跳遠) 及反覆爆發力 (40 公尺衝刺) 的影響。

實驗流程與測驗內容:

(一) 參與者族群 (二) 熟悉期

參與者熟悉正式測驗之程序,包括熱身練習、立定跳遠與 40 公尺衝刺之爆 發力測驗、動態收縮與等長收縮之蹲舉運動

(三) 最大肌力測驗

檢測蹲舉之最大肌力 (1RM) ,並推算參與者之 3RM 肌力 (四) 實驗處理

參與者在進行完熟悉期與最大肌力測驗後,將進行 4 種不同實驗處理 (2 種 肌肉收縮形式之蹲舉運動 × 2 種隨後爆發力型式) ,熟悉期、最大肌力測驗與每 種實驗處理間均間隔 72 小時,實驗設計與流程 (如下圖)
