另外由圖 7.1 可知,在分類樹法,粉土質砂(SM)容易錯誤分類為 粘土質砂(SC),但粘土質砂(SC)則較少錯誤分類為粉土質砂(SM),另 外低塑性粉土(ML)與低塑性粘土(CL)之間也互相容易被類誤分類,這 些結果很明顯地由圖 6.1 的樹狀圖的結構可以發現。

二次區別法與分類樹法在效度驗證部分,其錯誤率差不多,大 約為 40%左右,會有此結果可能原因為扣除漏值後的驗証樣本數太 少、土壤在每個變數的標準差太大、遺漏值太多,當然因為錯誤都是 與統一土壤分類法分類的結果相比,所並不知道結果與統一土壤分類 法不同是因為我們的方法不夠好,還是統一土壤分類法不夠好。

另外二次區別法與分類樹法還有一點不同的是,當一筆新的山坡

地土壤要做分類時,若土壤的某些性質的資料不全時,二次區別法就 無法將其分類,但分類樹法依然可將土壤分類。

在平地的使用近乎飽和之日,對於山坡地的開發、規劃、保育是 很重要的,本論文的分析結果在山坡地土壤的分類上,可以提供一些 貢獻與參考。
